I've had nothing less than the best of professional care from Joe and his staff. As a World War II historian and researcher, I've collected information about the B-24 bomb group that Jimmy Stewart flew with. An unexpected and devastating hard disk failure prevented me from getting to 17 years of data. Joe was able to determine the failure was not on the drive platters, but on the circuit interface card. He was able to recover the data, much that would have been lost forever.  Thanks Joe!

My wife and I have used Dos Bot Computers for the past 7 years...They have always been honest, upfront, reliable and fair... Joe has help out tremendously at times and NEVER CHARGED..... I mhave had to wait for a part or two but never been disappointed.... highly recommend their services

I do not know Joe personally nor his wife or his son but I do know that he is a wonderful person! My grandson Anthony is autistic and he literally lives on his computer. And from time to time his device gets terribly infected and shuts down.
With two other special needs children in the family there's not much of a budget for computers so over the years we've put together and pieced together desktops and laptops for Anthony. The last time his computer crashed my daughter found Joe. When she explained why it was so important for her to get this desktop repaired Joe built my grandson a New to us computer at no charge and has offered to repair the ones that we have stacked up in the house as we need them at no charge. So I just would like to say God bless you Joe your wife your son and your business! Your kindness has really made a difference Anthony's computer works well and he is happy! I live in Prescott and the next time I get to the valley I'm going to visit your shop and thank you in person!

Before they disappeared from location on San Tan Blvd....i took in my computer because it had a virus. When I got it back....my game card has issues then realised that they SWITCHED towers on me. Store was gone when I noticed the swap. That was a few years ago and here they are. CROOKS AND RUDE AS HELP TO MY DAUGHTER. WHAT PROFESSIONALISM??!!!

This place is awesome and I recommend them to all my friends. They built a computer for me, specific to my needs, over 2 years ago and I still love it as much as the day I brought it home. They're always there for questions and help, offering great customer service
