My old phones charging port broke so I brought it into the store for someone to look at it.  Spencer took great care of me and was very patient with all of my questions about my new phone. He made my experience a pleasant one and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to get a new phone who might have a lot of questions. Very thorough and very nice to work with.

I came in because my iPhone blew up and I needed a new phone ASAP.  Matthew was very knowledgeable, polite, efficient, no nonsense and friendly.  He got me going really fast.  Really glad my accounts were mostly backed up to the Cloud, as I was able to recover 99% of my data.

Matthew seems to really like his job, is enthusiastic about the products, appreciative of his employer and interested in helping customers.  He’s great!

This is the second time I’ve been to the store in three years.  The first time was when I got the phone that I was replacing with this second visit three years later and Matthew remembered me.  That’s pretty amazing.

Came in to inquire about my bill because I was going over my limit. The nice gentlemen Spencer got me on to the unlimited plan AND got me a brand new phone for the same price per month! Not to mention got all of my information over from my old phone to my new phone. Was a very pleasant experience and I am extremely satisfied by the customer service exhibited by him.

I came into this location for a billing question. The store that I actually bought my phone from 4 months ago was NO help at all. Since I wasn't buying anything they made me feel like I didn't matter. I happened to drive by bishops corner and decided to try my luck again. I spoke with the store manager Johnnie and he immediately offer me assistance . I told him I wasn't buying anything to make sure I wasn't going to be wasting my time, and he told me that doesn't matter. He went over the bill with me and found my issue (my wife had called 411 more than 20 times last month). I must have just missed it when I looked. But the fact that Johnnie was willing to help even though he wasn't going to make a sale and the fact that he helped me with a great attitude, compelled me to write this review. He was very personable as we discussed our families and made the genuine effort to get to know me in the brief time our interaction. I will be coming to this location from now on because of his wonderful customer service.

I was supposed to write this review about a week ago but I was too busy loving my new phone. I have to say though this was the best experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. From the moment I walked in I had exceptional customer service. They helped me realized what features I wanted in a phone and why I should make the switch from one product to the other. I did not even feel pressured in making a decision. Johnnie was extremely helpful in ensuring my phone was set-up properly before I walked out of the store. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable about the products and will show they value each customer that walks through the door. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed. I'll be back!
