I decided to give this animal care place a try since I read really good reviews here. The fact that they do not have an appointment system in place and rather "first come first serve" created chaos in their office. My mom and I brought my dog an hour early and there were already people there with their dogs. My mom stood in line while I walked my dog, in the school across the street, while we waited for the place to open. Once the place opened, my mom came outside the office to let me know to come in. When I walked into the office, there was a lady with two dogs that started to bark at my dog causing a raucous in the waiting area. An assistant came out saying if my dog snapped at the two dogs and I said no. He came out a few minutes later and brought a muzzle to put on my dog. I told him again he didn't start it and came back again to tell me that the Vet asked me to wait outside the office with my dog. It seemed that I was the one that was called out and not the other pet owner. Long story short, this chaotic mess could have been prevented if they would have people call to set appointments in lieu of the first come first serve mess. Instead, you had a waiting room crammed full of people and dogs which is very unprofessional, not good customer service and certainly unhealthy for the dogs. I definitely would recommend a different place for animal care..

The staff nevered answers questions. You wait for hours just to see them then wait some more. I had to put my dog down today and when they where doing that because I couldn’t afford it. She said they could have take here in to take care of her. With no charge I don’t understand why they didn’t say that earlier.... It seems that every time I take my dogs to this vet they alway come up dead.

Whole in and out visit was abut 45 minutes not bad but I also was the 3rd person in arrived around 8:38 am. Price was great got what I asked for no hidden fees or unnecessary tests. Employees there are nice and friendly. Yes would definitely recommend this vet. Hopefully all my upcoming visits as pleasant as this one

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everyone was kind and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service and help I received for my little cat. :)

While I was very happy with my visit here. Follow up has been non-existent with this office. It turns out my dog needs a maintenance​ medication. I didn't get a promised phone call about the results of her blood test. Nor another promised call from the Vet once I called them, nor yet another promised call back concerning buying the meds she needs. If you decide to bring your pet here these folks are very kind, conscience, professional and the prices are awesome. However, be prepared to come back in person daily if a follow up is needed.
