Went in last week. I have never drove a Kia or ridden in a kia. my old car was at the end of the rope. Needed something new. The guys at KIA were awesome. Joseph was great as was the young fella he was training. They were all nice, professional, honest, answered all questions and even had patients with us. During the finance part of the deal we had a few things come up but was quickly resolved. They had a 2016 Kia Soul that was not sold last year and took my car as a trade in, and was able to give us a great deal on payments. We at no time felt we were being pressured, scammed, or given the ole 'run around'. I actually enjoyed the experience and developed a new found respect for the fine men and women who work in the sales industry. I hope to do more business with these folks in the future. Talk to Joseph and his trainee ( i forget his name)

Service department public correspondence is very well practiced.... Fixing to bring vehicle back for the 3rd time for same issue.... Failure on sensor causing daughter to be stranded on side of highway because she ran out of gas when gauge indicated 1/4 tank. Out of pocket $1600.00 so far and still having issues.

Today I visited the Victoria, TX showroom to look at a Sedona (used) and another possible car. The little sales floor guy was excellent. He did his best got the deal. But the one that made us leave the store- Victoria Kia overall was the over exaggerated over confident African American Finance manager. He wanted to sell us the loan through his 32 banks that he sounded as if he owned all of them!  He may be a finance manager but he lacked basic Customer Service101! Little did he know, that customers have more options. Customers can go to any other dealer in Victoria, Houston Austin or San Antonio. There are people who needs business, who needs commission and who needs the sales. He was rude, arrogant, he wanted to show something god knows what...possibly. He probably thought that we will not pass credit, or who knows. The ego of the Finance Manager came right out. I think he knew that we needed to go through him and he showed his ego! He probably thought that this is our first financing experience. The finance guy acted like he was this best guy that was going to make our life so much better by saying all his bank connections to give us a loan. We were not desperate for loans especially from a dealership. And what if the customer was purchasing the vehicle right out of cash! You know what happened, we went to the dealer right down the street from them, got the van we needed and we also got another car because it was my husbands big 4-0!. This company lost two sales, to a  citizen of Victoria, TX who will be explaining to their friends of the terrible lack of humble service. Not just that we have soon to be driving kids (few years) that will be purchasing vehicles! In all they lost 4-vehicle sales. 

This company should know that their high end managers won't have a job if customers like us don't show up to their store. It is sad that we now have a sour feeling of the brand Kia all together and will be sharing our experience with Kia headquarters.
