BEWARE!! I bought a a groupon for an oil change, brake check and tire rotation. When I picked up my truck,I was told my tires were rotated and brakes looked fine. About a two weeks later I got a flat tire, and when I went to put on the spare I noticed that one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded on fully by the impact gun,and I could barely get it off. I called Harris Chrysler dodge Jeep and told them that they had cross threaded my lug nut and that I could not get it back on. After telling them I had been there a week earlier for tire rotation and oil change they told me I could bring it in the following day.. I brought my truck in at 10:30 am the next morning and went about my day.. at 3:30pm I got a call from Harris Chrysler dodge Jeep telling me that they had talked to their mechanic who had done the job, and that “he did remembered my truck and did not do the tire rotation and did a visual inspection of my breaks”. I was then told that to change out the bolt would take 4 hours and over $400. When I got there, I told them that I paid for a tire rotation and that I was told it was done along with the oil and breaks. They then brought out a mechanic who wasn’t even the mechanic who did the work on my truck ,who was visibly uncomfortable trying to tell me that I had paid for all of this but only the oil change was done, and that the other mechanic didn’t do the tire rotation.. they told me that the manager would call the next morning to straighten it all out, but that phone call never came. I’m disgusted by the treatment I received and will never be back. I would and will discourage anybody from getting any sort of work done here. I will be going to the better business bureau to file a complaint. $54 groupon just cost me well over $400 thanks to Harris Chrysler dodge Jeep Victoria.

Took my car in today for a semi-annual Peace of Mind inspection which was very reasonably priced by the way. The experience was quick and very efficient. Upon inspecting it was found that a few repairs had to be done. Phil Poon took the time to call us and ask us if we wanted it done right there on the spot. We decided to get some things done and others not. I felt no pressure from him to get what we did not want done right away done, which I really appreciated. He was honest about everything and when we came back to pick up our car, it had even been cleaned for us! We were extremely happy with Phil's friendly and efficient service and would reccomend him and the service department at Harris Jeep anytime! Thank you!

Bought a Groupon for 50$ for an oil change and peace of mind ,tires rotated , fluid checks and top up ,brakes inspected ,updated my radio ,checked for updates for uconnect .
I paid an extra 67$ for extra oil and better filter they picked me up at home when my jeep was ready , oh and washed it they also gave me a free road side kit with everything one would need in it 
I saved 100$ with the Groupon they are friendly and try to accommodate their customers the best they can I totally recommend Harris Victoria

Every time I go there, they let me wait for more than 30 min.I leased a Jeep rubicon  for 3 years, when I want to transfer the lease to my girlfriend, they don't let me to do so.  Think about it when you wanna sign the lease with them, cause if you don't like your car inside the leasing years, there is nothing you can do about it!!

This is a money generating dealership. I had a problem with my radio system and it turned out that some fuses were loose. They charged me 220 dollars for fixing them back in place. They said one labor hour costs 170 dollars + taxes!!! 
I dunno what to say.....
