Picked up 2 pizzas on Sunday 12/17. The pizza was burned and had cheddar cheese on both instead of Mozzarella. I had been there before and the pizza was excellent. Obviously the children running the place yesterday were playing games with the food. Not happy.

Great pizza! Been coming here since the 80"s and am never disappointed! Prices are average for a pizza place.

customer service is terrible, foods okay for a tourist place. I called at 9:15 to a greeting of "hello." After i asked if I called the right place i tried to place a delivery order, but was told they only do carry out after 9 for the last hour there open. He said "would you like to get a carry out order or are you good?" i said I'd call back later. he said "Perfect.: I called back less than ten mins later and he said they stopped taking orders at 9:30, while it was 9:20. At this point I asked to speak to a manager. He reluctantly put someone else on the phone. He was also very rude, so I asked his name. He sounded very nervous and even though not sounding of spanish decent. I asked his position at village host, and he said he dosent have a position at round table. I asked how that made any sense, and he hung up on me. Guess thats some disgruntled workers for you.

The pizza here is fantastic, our favorite. The delivery service is good and the drivers always friendly. If you eat at the restaurant, theres a small arcade area for the kids and a couple large screen tv's playing sports usually. Great food, casual atmosphere.
