Story

The Village Shoe Shop is an American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC) Certified Pedorthic Facility. We are professionally staffed by American Board Certified Pedorthists and Orthopedic Shoe Technicians. We also provide and fit for orthopedic foot products, such as heel pads, arch supports, diabetic socks, as well as orthopedic and diabetic footwear. Our priority is to provide customers with healthy footwear choices that will aid in the relief of foot pain.

At The Village Shoe Shop, a full-service facility, we are dedicated to assisting physicians and health practitioners with their patients' lower extremity disorders.

We also offer expert services, such as custom orthotics, custom shoes, shoe and boot repair, luggage and purse repair, and leather and fabric dying.

Great service, been having a lot of foot and ankle pain, so glad I found this place!

I took my hiking boot here because the sole was coming loose. The shoes also have a small hole on the side (not all the way through) that I asked if they might be able to put some glue on to keep it from getting any worse. I was shocked when I picked my shoe up and there was a tear all the way through on a spot that had no problems when I brought the shoe in. I am not sure what happened but it looks like maybe they tried stitching an area and that is what made the hole. Needless to say, I will never go back.

I live in Dallas TX and I called Don and he took care of me I love this place I'm loyal to people that are loyal to me he got just what I needed I tell all of my friends to go there

Edie took 1 1/2 hours to patiently hear my concerns and address my needs. She was very thorough and caring. I drive 35 miles to see her and shop there. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be a customer for life!!

I bought a pair of shoes from Don who told me if I didn't like them, I had a week to return them. Exactly a week later I brought them back after wearing the shoes twice inside only. He told me I couldn't return them because it had been too long, and then said they had been worn too much. Only after I started to get huffy did he eventually return them. Don't trust their word, get it in writing.
