Absolutely a disgrace. I hate you DMV. Cheap state, trying to save money and take us for all we got. This DMV IS TYE WORST OF ALL!

They will lie to you and have no remorse about it. I arrived for my son to take a road skills test. After waiting for over two hours,  that no not count against their wait times mind you they said we need an appointment. I told them the web page mentions that an appointment is needed for motorcycle or commercial testing but not regular. They told me it was the same for all. After another hour and a half wait they gave us an appointment for four weeks later. I wrote customer service to ask about the availability online for appointments,  they told me one was not needed for regular licenses. When I came back this office said,  well that may be what Richmond says, but that is not the way we do it here.

This place is the epitome of bad behaviors, bureaucracy, bitchiness and inefficiency. Do yourself a favor: go elsewhere. This place is a blight on taxpayer funds. If I could, I would sue them for their lack of empathy and absolute lack of understanding of public service. Apathetic, cold hearted and abominable. Shut this place and send these assholes home. 

So truly disheartened and disappointed.

Titled and registered a truck within 15 minutes of walking in the door on Monday morning. Was worried about a long wait seeing these reviews, but these are on weekend mornings when the vast majority visit. I would say take some time off and go during the week in the A.M.
