Minimium time is 3 hours. We had about an hours worth of furniture to move. Asked if they could move some additional things at another place for us since we were paying for 2 hours exra. They were rude, told us no that it wasen't part of the "deal."  Seems to me, if I'm paying them 300+ to move my stuff, they should be willing to move the entire 3 hours. Will never recommend them to anyone. Called us to tell us they finished early on another job and changed the time they were meeting us at the house (we work full time) and insisted we come immediatly. So I imagine they did this to someone else after finishing after an hour with our things. I'll go with collegiate or someone else with more respect for their pay next time.
