Pros: very reliable. High security, gated with personal pass code. Humidity controlled. Free truck with initial 'move in'. Many large moving carts provided on main floor of storage building.

Con: closes at 8:45pm, and no entry until next morning - requires planning around if you don't live very close.

Absolutely good service...love this place walked in and was greeted with positive energy from the ladies at the Cowardin Ave location...explained everything in details and made sure I understood everything. Also the place is very secure, gates entrance with security keypad to get to the units 😊 Ms Sandra from corporate 757 kept in contact with me to make sure this went very well and easy...also contacted me days after to ensure I was comfortable with the place and made sure I had no hang ups moving my belonging in storage. Thanks Mini Price Storage I recommend you guys to anyone so if you are reading this and are skeptical about using these guys don’t be THEYRE GOOD PEOPLES lol.

We actually enjoy coming to the storage unit to store our seasonal and holiday items.  The facility is so easy to use and clean and safe.  The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

This is by far the best experience I have had with any business of this type.  The customer service is exceptional and the staff from the manager down are extremely polite, courteous and respectful.  I have and will continue to refer friends and associates to this facility.  Thanks again for the awesome service.       Greg Pettaway

Staff was super friendly. Great customer service. Process was quick and easy. Facilities were nice & clean. 2nd time using this facility & I have absolutely no complaints.
