I definitely recommend this place. I went in to buy a Car Stereo after a good home work and could easily find the best price in store. Harry, the Sales person was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was surprised to know the he is been in Vision only for 3 months. He demonstrates the professionalism of a well experienced Sales person. Keep up the good work Harry and Visions!

THEFT AND FRAUD!!! The worst retail experience of my entire 48 years of life! SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Negative stars would be most accurate! Manager should be charged for his with criminal behaviour. Even staff was pleading with him. My story is simple. I've been a very regular customer here for over a decade. Many of the staff know me by name as I know many of them by name. I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars since 2004. Used to work in IT, bought not only my own electronics but many, many client electronics as well here. This week was my last time stepping into this business. I bought a TV during the boxing week specials. Took several weeks to arrive, which I didn't have a problem with. I visited to check on it and also arrange buying $5400 in kitchen appliances to be delivered to my home. During this someone new took my TV receipt and forgot to give it back to me as I was with other sales staff to process my HIGH-END appliance order. I left with my appliance order details and completely forgot about the original TV receipt. A couple days later I get a call that my TV finally arrived and to pick it, awesome! I can't find my receipt! Realized that it must have been left it at the store. I go in and explain. I'm told that they will not give me the TV I had paid for unless I find the receipt or take them to court. I spent 2 hours going back and forth with the staff and manager. Very heated, very loud, very disgusted. No budge. No recourse other than court! They expect me to sue them to get the $1000 TV I'd paid for weeks earlier and have proof I'd paid for. Understand, They know me, know my home address, know my TV is there and in their storage area. I had my ID (drivers license) and credit card I used to pay for it. Will not give me MY TV or MY money back. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. THEFT AND FRAUD!!

Great staff and customer service. We personally dealt with Mark and Jawad and they were understanding and kind. I think great customer service is hard to find these days, and I HIGHLY recommend Visions for all of your electronic needs. They did not have to help us with our issue with our tv, but they choose to anyway. Visions really does go above and beyond for their customers. I’ll never go anywhere else!

The place is alright. They are one of the few places that sell car audio equipment do I had to settle, the customer service is great with a few people but at times it gets crazy. I was trying to buy a part and told me to wait five minutes for their manager to come, as I waited I noticed the time pass by and asked where he was. They replied that he left for the day. Soon then after one day I came back and I asked for help they helped me out and found all the parts I needed. Very quickly they then got me into the checkout aisle. I found myself waiting for 30 minutes as I saw other people whole were in line after me being served before me. I find them to be slightly racist.

One of the worst stores ever! Even the manager doesn't know what customer service is. I walked in there with my mother and looked around and a sales associate approached us after being in the store for about 10 minutes. Asked if we needed help with anything my mother asked about a TV. This associate begins to pull out his phone and google information on the product. I was shocked seeing a salesman look down at his phone for information. Would it not be common sense if you work in sales to know your product? So I go over into car audio and ask about a remote start for my vehicle now. I knew it was the manager I was talking to because he has had a name tag on, but he was wearing jacket but you could see partly of the name tag and the only word was visible manager. After hearing the price of $1000 dollars I asked again, how much? and yes I was hearing this correct asked him why so much and told me that your "vehicle requires a special device to allow for installation". Then I asked do you not tap into the vehicles wiring harness? "No!, we do not" he replied. I said forget it because I then knew that all they were going to do was plug into the OBD II port on the vehicle (where a mechanic as myself or some technician can gain access to the vehicles on board computer and control almost everything on the vehicle). I then wondered over to the stereos and was looking at one and was on my phone looking up information. for that particular product knowing there was little signage and a sales associate was just going to feed me lies. I then get told by the manager I was just talking to who was rude in the beginning. "Don't connect your phone, if you want a demo ask for one". I was completely shocked! while I was thinking again in my head, did I just hear that from a quote on quote manager? I just left and was like wow on my way home. but if your looking for some deals here you go but know before you go is all I have to say. Better do your shopping on line as you won't experience the rude and unacceptable behavior from people who work for vision's electronics.
