when you need something electronic Best Buy usually is my first go to retailer who probably stocks what your looking for at an affordable price but you definitely will have to ask for help finding it. I had an adventure getting some accessories for my IPad the other day. had to go to three different sections of the store in order to find the items I required. Being in retail myself, I understand the concept of cross merchandising but this was just poor layout planning and product positioning. if you happen to need something from there go directly to customer service and get a clerk to walk you to where you need to go otherwise you may just wander the aisles with the employees avoiding eye contact while you go about wasting your time and energy trying to find what you need. plus side to the experience is that they have such large parking places it is always easy to find parking.

Best Buy has some okay prices if you catch the item you want on sale. But if you don't catch a sale you need to shop around or at the very least check out the VERY large online retailer, named after a South American river, for different, cheaper pricing. Two stars because of the lack of service. I went to Best Buy to ask questions about the products to help me decide what to buy, but good luck finding someone to help you, because I couldn't!

You have to drive around the Tacoma mall to reach this building. Once you get there the store overall is pleasant and the staff helpful and friendly. I gave 4 stars simply because of the buildings location. The parking lot is safe overall.

Were looking for some home phones to replace our outdated versions. We received great assistance by knowledgeable young people who were careful to explain the features to us "oldies." When we asked for other products (in addition to our initial find), we were gently handed off to another young expert who guided us through the info process. What a pleasant experience!

I was in need of an external blueray drive for my company computer. Best Buy did not disappoint. They had what I needed and the price was decent. The employees were helpful when I could get one. The place was busy so I understand why it took a bit for me to get assistance. I recommend this Best Buy.
