Food USED to be amazing.  Now, it's cold buns on warm meat...Timed perfectly to make the meat barely above room temp by the time you get food.
Chili is not meant to be served chilled!!  I think you know that, but soup is sold cold.
Manager: put your paperwork, checklists, receipts and whatever other junk you leave on the front counter in your own office.  
Maybe you could find a better place to put a trash can other than directly beside the buns (that go on literally everything that you serve. Common sense...

Basically... Great chain, but this place is poorly poorly poorly operated.

The service definitely isn't the best out of all the Firehouse locations in the area. They make the subs perfectly, if they remember to make it at all.

My last three visits weren't so pleasant. They somehow managed to "forget" to make my sub. After waiting 45 minutes, I complained to the cashier and had the transaction voided, and my sub made. 3 times in a row!? It wasn't even busy the last two times I went in. 

I'll definitely have to be pretty desperate to visit this location again. Perhaps a change in staff after some time will do the trick. I only visit when I'm extremely hungry--and waiting 45 minutes for a medium sub isn't what I had in mind.

Staff is friendly and food is tasty but you wait FOREVER.  placed a pick up order on phone at 1:15 I arrived and paid. Still waiting at 1:40. Thought placing an order off peak and  ahead of time would help but I'm waiting just as long as ordering here...

Food is good. 
But it took more than 20 minutes to get 4 subs made. That is a joke. Nobody's food is that good.
Staff couldn't care less.

Won't be back.

Took 25 min for my sub to be made and delivered to my table. When I complained 15 min in, nobody offered an apology or anything to compensate. Instead I was shown my ticket to show they already made my sandwich but delivered it to the wrong person/table.  On top of this, the sandwich was only average - at best. I will not be back.
