I recently bought a 2015 Subaru Forester from White River Toyota. Sarah was the sales associate that walked me through purchasing the vehicle; from the very beginning Sarah was very helpful in answering my questions, was very timely with responses and extremely nice to talk to. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a couple issues that weren't apparent during the test drive. Sarah called to see how I was doing with the new vehicle and after explaining what was going on, she spoke with her General Manager and they offered to address the issues for me. I never expected this and am so relieved to be working with them!! I highly recommend purchasing from them.

Service is always A-One at White River Junction Toyota.  I had my car in for routine maintenance and the service manager pointed out an issue I had with my brakes.  He took the time to explain everything to me with pricing options and wait time.  I really appreciate the time he took to explain things to me so that I could understand.  I would never take my car anywhere else for service. The service staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely pleasant. The waiting area is very comfortable which makes the time go much faster when you are waiting in a pleasant area with reading material, a quiet room, and hot and cold refreshments.  Always a great experience!

I bought a used car from this dealership. Marty was a wonderful sales person. He was patient and went over things nicely.  I enjoyed my visit and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone new in the area.

I worked with Gage on getting a used vehicle.  There was no pressure, and he absolutely went above and beyond to help me.  I had no transportation at the time, and he was kind enough to come and pick me up on his lunch time so that I could come and test drive the vehicle that I had found, and researched from their certified pre-owned inventory.  I was in and out with everything buttoned up within an hour and a half.

I would recommend this dealership, and especially Gage who's really soft spoken and easy going to anyone!

Everyone and everything was great. Top notch service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because one of the finance persons was out, so it took about 3.5-4 hours to see them, but I was assured and assumed that this was not typical
