Indiana Public Retirement System turned accounts over to Voya.  We had no choice but to register with them, and since we did, we have not been able to access the account on line  We are given conflicting information by the many customer service reps we've spent hours with on the phone, and reportedly cannot get the funds away from them without accessing the account on line!  And, now I see from a previous review that we may be charged for having the funds rolled over to a private IRA.  We have filed a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's office.  I would give a zero star if possible.

Hidden fees.  Steer clear of doing business with this company.  My wife's former employer rolled their 401k here and Voya charged about 90 basis points for her to move funds into her own retirement account.  I fail to see how they add value.
