Josh  from BOA Baymeadows branch-If you ever read this message please know  that because of you I have lost over $200. You sir gave us wrong information and we are unable to reach you because looks like BOA only appreciates personal appointments- Please don't ever call your bank as GLOBAL!  Thanks for penalizing us for being your loyal customer for years!

I suppose since the later reviews there have been some changes made in this branch.  I have been banking with BOA now for almost a year and this is my main location.  I have always received excellent specialty services and super speedy responses to urgent requests. I would say that some of tellers inside could be a little more customer friendly but for the most part accurate and never rude.  I think the personal bankers and management staff in this bank do an excellent job!

Customer service has gone completely out the window. Seven people in line only one teller behind the counter but yet you can have five employees standing around to greet us when we walk in. I am a business owner and I can promise after standing in line in the same situation numerous times and listening to other customers everyone would much rather have someone help us with what we need then greet us. One greeter would be fine and five tellers that would make sense. I have been a Bank of America customer for over ten years and it is sad how much they have lost sight of their consumers needs.
