You have to do better! Is Waffle House only good in the state of GA? This location is clean and new and the people are nice. Better than the previous one where when we pulled up 2 waitresses were out front smoking cigarettes so we didn't even get out of the car. This location attempted to sell us lumpy grits that was attempted to be reconstituted with butter. And they had the nerve to give me dirty looks I mean this is Alabama if u cant cook grits im disappointed.

The staff at this Waffle House on Highway 53 is the funniest. They are the friendliest. And they strive to get your food out quickly. Leslie was very attentive to all of our needs. They were very engaging and the point of the matter is they got the food cooked quickly. I would have preferred my grits not to be as running as they were but other than that everything else was great. I will definitely be returning

Nice clean restaurant and who doesn't love the loaded hash browns? I personally love the south western omelets or steak and eggs. Fast friendly service really good food makes for a great experience

Service was terrible. Food say on the counter and got cold before our waitress even noticed it was up there. It took other employees telling her the food was just sitting there. She was spending to much time either on her phone or going outside to smoke I would guess. I couldn't even eat my food. The eggs and the yoke were both cold. Only thing that was good was the coke I drank. Also the other 4 people with us food was called up wrong. The waitress then had the nerve to tell is that they were short handed. I have a hard time believing that when there were at least 7 to 8 employees there working and she only had 3 tables. I wouldn't even give this dump a star but you have to in order to even give it a review.

Lousy food and customer service. Music was loud. Didn't get what i ordered won't be back to this restaurant.
