Wake Co Health Dept Clinic E has a piss poor process and unsatisfactory customer service. I went there two weeks ago to get vaccine, I had an appointment and waited 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? 

I went back two weeks later as a walk-in.

There's two receptionist and a woman who appears to be their supervisor at the front desk. I asked a total of 3 questions: "Do you know about how long the wait time is?" "Do you know how much this vaccine cost?" and "Did I miss my name (At one point I left to use the restroom)." Neither of the three employees could answer any of my questions. Their answers were, "I don't know," to ALL of my questions. Well what do they know?! It's THREE EMPLOYEES AND NONE OF THEM KNOW ANYTHING.

So the nurse finally calls my name just to say, "I already call you but you didn't answer." I was in the restroom!!!! I even asked your staff when I returned if I missed my name and they said, "I don't know." 

THEN....the nurse proceeds to tell me she cannot give the vaccine because I received one two weeks ago. 

You have THREE woman working at the front desk. None of the woman were educated enough to notify me BEFORE I waited over a hour that I could not get the vaccine. That should have been something at LEAST one of the THREE of them should have been able to tell me prior to me waiting. 

None of the THREE EMPLOYEES could tell me if my name was called. 

Three unhelpful state employees eating our tax dollars. Please send these woman home since they, "Don't know," anything.

Ok love the wake county health department.    I have an issue with uncle Maddios pizza in Cary off highway 55.  My wife and I ate their tonight and a patron came in carrying a dog. Was not a service dog just some random wiener dog.  Carried it right through the line and all the time it shook its head like it had an ear infection.  I asked an employee if they allowed pets and she said I don't know.  People around us were also freaked out by the dog going through the pizza line and all the head shaking.  Was totally disgusting and revolting.  Surely there is a law that prohibits patrons from carrying pets through an order line.   

Please someone ask this restaurant what their policy is because the employees sure don't.  Was honestly so gross we left our pizza on the table when the dog shook his head over our pizza.   Absolutely the nastiest thing I have experienced in a very long time.

I used to work with these ppl.. They are some of the most racist and unprofessional ppl you will ever come across. The blacks in medical records are from the neighborhood and trust me you dont want them in your medical records. This is the worst group of ppl you will ever come across. I sat in the front waiting for a tb skin test.. Pat had me sitting up there 3 hrs because they could not find my records. Instead she called security. Idk how Tami in Clinic C got to be manager probably because she got everybody else fired. Her attitude is horrible. .They all suck!!!!. They take 2 hr lunches..that's why the patients sit there so long. Their customer service is horrible..but they are able to retire from doing nothing...
