You have an employee stealing from your store! As I was checking out, I noticed a gal who was older with blondish hair asking the customer if they had rewards, when they said no, the woman who called herself Nina when I asked "although her name tag was turned in-ward so I couldn't see" pulled out her personal reward card from under the keyboard and scanned it. I walk up to check out, same scenario - Nina asked if I had a rewards card, I said no so she pulled her card out from under the keyboard and scanned it AGAIN. I can't stand thief's - and I knew what was going on - so I asked her who's reward card that was she was scanning - and she became flustered and said "oh that's Jenny's card" I have no clue what the even meant - so I asked her name and left. What she is doing is illegal, she is stealing. I had an employee doing the same thing to me a few months ago, and this is unacceptable behavior. This transaction took place on 6/21/17 at exactly 8:21pm if cameras need to be checked. I called on the 22nd asking to speak with a Manager - and Shelly answered the phone stating that she was one. Only to find out, she misrepresented herself as something she was not. I asked again, and she said - well, I'm a shift lead WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU! Shelly, although your became extremely frustrated that I dare ask her position with this company, don't pretend to hold a position that you don't, this is pathetic, you should be ashamed of yourself. I will be calling back on Monday to speak with the real manager of this store - Brian Nelson. Hopefully he will represent this Walgreen's with the integrity his regional manager expects.

Service is horrible. Felt extreme judgment due to the color of my skin, was given rude looks.The cashier wouldn't even put the receipt in my hand even though I held out my hand politely for the receipt,she put it in the bag( in a manner of; your too low to hand this to you). I have never felt so disrespected in my life!
