The location is on a busy area. Nonetheless people come in and out like a revolving door. Although the location is at a stechy neighborhood I believe the service offered at this location is better then the Walgreens at RWJ hospital in terms of parking, accessibility, and etc. Staff works in a timely matter. However depending on the time you go it can be busier then other times. I would also note the pharmacy department is not open 24 hours a day so keep that in mind.  There is not any place out there that offers perfect service but this pharmacy's service is better then average. Also people have different experiences. Always take advice with a grain of salt.

Customer service is terrible, it usually takes a staff member an extra ten minutes to assist me if I need help with anything. The pharmacy staff doesn't ask for all of your information when you give them your perception and make you wait until you ask about your perception to actually get all the right information, including your name. The cashier will talk badly about a previous customer to the next customer in line, as well as threaten to call the police on you as they stare you down and management will laugh at you in a deragatory way as you walk away. Not a good convince store or pharmacy, I won't be going back again.

Why would Walgreens be 24 hours? (like CVS) Staff don't want to be in an open counter with ALL the types of DRUGS you can get, at 3am. 
NOW if you want ALCOHOL, then take yourself to RiteAid.

This is a busy pharmacy, but it's a prime location and most people walk there as it is downtown. I have to say they keep the flow going. Especially in the pharmacy department. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and quick, but Karen the Pharmacist is  the most hardworking  and helpful person I've met.  In any pharmacy I've been in..  Kapell
