Customer Service is what brings customers into the door. At the end of the day everyone sells a product, but what makes you loyal is how your treated with customer service. Crystal the store manager is exceptional. She went over and beyond to help Us find the perfect coach for our new place. There was never any pressure in the sale and she was trustworthy and realistic the entire time. Tom our sales rep was great as well. Value city has my business for life !!! Making Furniture buying great again !

My wife and I worked with Sid as our sales rep. He was very easy to talk with, didn't pressure us and kept it simple. He made us feel great about our purchase. We bought a kitchen table that Sid recommended and we also added a coffee table for our living room. He explained our options thoroughly and made sure we were happy with our decision. I would definitely recommend working with Sid and Value City of Green Brook. The team in general was knowledge, friendly and had a great sense of humor.

On December 3rd my wife and I needed a new couch. Value City was our first, and last stop. We specifically needed a sectional with a sleeper, and we were told by our excellent salesperson (Barbara) that only one company makes one (and they were $$$$). After sitting on the demo, my wife and I pulled the trigger with a sectional, chair, and coffee table. We were told it would take a little over a month to arrive and we were ok with it... On January 15th my wife called to confirm delivery (January 16th was supposed to be the date) to which she was informed it would be an additional MONTH! We were told we would receive a gift in the mail due to the inconvenience (still havent gotten anything) and that we would get Saturday delivery (wasnt previously offered, we took off January 16th for the expected delivery). Finally on February 18 (almost 2 months!) our furniture arrived. The movers pulled up into my lawn making huge ruts (that are still there today) and my coffee table has a few scratches (down to the wood) that I didn't notice early enough. What an experience, one I wouldnt want to go through again. Though our salesperson Barbara was great, we wouldn't recommend Value City as choice.

The best furniture shopping experience EVER!! I love the quality customer service. The moment my family and I walked in the store we were greeted and offered help. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted but the store representative helped us greatly. We went in just to browse but ended up purchasing items. We will definitely be going back. The furniture is also great quality, it'll stand up to two toddlers and four teenagers. The prices were reasonable too. You just can't lose with this store. Don't know about other locations, but this one has made returning customers out of us. Thanks so much!!

Excellent experience! I want to thank Eddie B my salesperson, he did an outstanding job of showing me Value City selection of Mattresses and furniture. He even led me to my final selection in a mattress and beat the price that Ashley Furniture had given me and added something extra to my purchase. Eddie was very knowledgeable and honest with every question I asked. He wanted to make sure I felt comfortable about my purchase. I will be returning to purchase my living room and dining room set from Eddie, since I had such an excellent experience, start to end. I love my new Mattress. If you visit Value City in Greenbrook ask for Eddie B he will make it happen for you. I also want to thank Michelle and Demetri the Manager for their help and great customer service. Once again Thank you Eddie B I will be back soon!!!
