After the screen on my IPhone X became unresponsive, I drove a hour and 30 to go to another location just to be told I had to go to another store and have my phone swapped out. 
This store didn’t have any appointments till next Thursday, I was pretty bummed out because I needed my phone for work and my phone was only 2 weeks old. 
I called the store and explained to them what was going on, and they were able to get me a appointment that night. I waited awhile, but I seriously did not mind at all. I think the employees in there are so great, they do their absolute best to give you quality service and help out as much as they can. 
Beyond grateful for the amazing service I recieved from the workers here.

A classic Apple store. Semi-large. They are typically quite busy (1-2 hour genius bar wait for walk-ins). But everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. You can probably get short questions answered quickly without waiting.

Buzzing technology vortex for all things Apple. Plenty of tech-savvy sales representative floating around to answer your questions, help you with demos and ring you up, wirelessly, with knowledge and speed. They are well stocked for you to find whatever Apple product/accessories needed. There Genius bar is pretty good with the scheduling and trouble resolution. I have showed up twice before my scheduled visit and they were able to attend to me and resolve my issues promptly. One of them was for a warranty replacement of my power adapter, the process was so fast, I had to ask the tech twice, 'that's it." 😊. That was it, easy and fast.

I went to buy iX. The one who received me was disappointing.  I waited for a full ten minutes.  There was an Apple store employee is waiting to respond to a customer.  But this joker who is receiving people kept on talking loose talk with customers while I’m waiting and the employee is also waiting. After ten minutes when the employee asked who he can work with, reluctantly this guy points to me. 

This sales person (Ishmail) was fantastic. No nonsense.  Answered all my questions with a sincere and energetic smile. Finished what I wanted and I was out in less than seven minutes.

Called them today to ask about the iPhone 6 battery replacement program, waited on hold for 5 minutes, fine.  Guy finally picks up and tells me I need to make an appointment at the genius bar, where they will assess the status of my battery and decide if its eligible for the new $29 replacement (nb: it's completely inappropriate for Apple to "apologize" for slowing down older phones by offering a discount on battery replacement then claim they need to "assess the status of the battery" to decide if its eligible for said program, but that's a complaint against Apple the company, not the Bridgewater store).  I said fine, I'll make a genius bar appointment, can you tell me how long the process will take to replace the battery if I'm eligible?  The guy responds that it depends on the stock and he has no idea what their stock is like and he needs to call over one of their technical consultants to ask him and puts me on hold again.  I wait on hold for 25 minutes before someone picks up the phone, and the woman on the other end is at a national Apple call center, not the Bridgewater store.  She has no idea what the replacement stock is like at Bridgewater and I need to call the store for that info.  Also checking online for a genius bar appointment, there is nothing available for a week at this store.  This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen, at any store.  You get the lowest possible rating I can give.   My only regret is that google reviews don't offer the option of negative stars.
