Awful pharmacy. Worst I have ever been to. I have tried to get my prescriptions here multiple times and they either give me the wrong one or they "never received" it from the Dr. When picking up, they cant access my account and tell me I need to show them my insurance card.... seems silly considering I have been her 4 times before. One of the pharmacists speaks little English and it is hard to communicate with her. I prefer King Soopers pharmacy any day.

I really wanted to use this place for convenience again, they sure make it hard. Won't take a handwritten prescription for X type of drug, fine I get it, doctor called it in, you didn't reach my pain threshold for poor customer service that time. Your attitude still sucks. But you won't dispense barrels & needles for injectables without a prescription (that's a new one this trip)?? When I am picking up the prescription for the injectable drug?? Really?  The doctor called it in, remember? You spoke with him, would've been a perfect time to gather required consent, it is as you pointed out..."the law", you don't make the laws, but evidently you have a difficult time transcribing the law into your daily practice of "customer service".  I used logic: keep the script if you don't provide me the needle...you gave it to me in the end, did you have to argue with me too? Enough already, I'll move this prescription to Rite Aid... again.  I feel like customers are slightly more valuable to Rite Aid currently.

Took 45 minutes to get prescription filled. Filled only one of the two we needed.  Super frustrating having to wait that long for them to get it correct

They always have trouble filling precriptions. Cant seem to communicate with Dr. Offices.  Wont call customer when prescription is ready or when it is delayed.
I frequently use other Walgreens in other cities and do not have these issues.
