Staff friendly and helpful. Pharmacy needs help over whelm. Under paid. These are people handling our lives. Walgreen pay better and invest in customer service.

The walgreens itself seems to be run efficiently. The issue is the pharmacy is a disaster, incorrect information is given on a constant basis. Notifications are sent that medications are ready for pick up, you arrive and are told it will be an hour or so.

I never write reviews unless it's worth sharing.  Came back.. again. Only reason I went from CVS/Navarro is because my insurance doesn't cover there anymore.  So I made the switch... Here is my second confirmation on the crappy service from the pharmacy.  Again... can't even look me in the eye, answer a simple question or address a concern.  Of course you can tell me what the price is vs generic on medication prior to leaving my prescription there and if not, A LITTLE MORE RESPECT would be appreciated.  My medication is long overdue and already am dealing with isssues such as a job loss, loss of insurance, anxiety, sleeplessness.  YOU GUYS BEED TO BE MORE HUMBLE AND CONCERNED ABOUT THE WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS.  The problem is THIS PHARMACY because the one on Kendall dr and 137th was a completely different experience.  The young lady over there took her time, answered even the most complicated questions. NOW... Walgreens on Bird and 137th... WHY CANT YOU SEEM TO DUPLICATE THAT LECEL OF SERVICE. Do you treat family that way???
