I have never left a review this low and if I could leave zero stars I would. I have gone here for over five years mainly because it was close to home. Every year regardless of being the beginning of a school year or middle of school year their service has sucked. There staff is 95 percent unknowleable and lack costumer service skills. It is clear management is the issue here has staff rounds around with there heads cut off or simply ignores you. Keep in my mind my review is based off of more than a handful of visits which have all 98 percent sucked. They are in business simply because of uniform needs. However I will be going somewhere else from now on even if the drive is much further.

Customer service needs work....poorly organized 2 cashiers with a line of people 10 deep & 1 cashier leaves her post to help a customer leaving 1 cashier to fend for herself.  Manager needs to plan better during the week before school to accommodate more than 1 cashier during peak times

I got no problem with the employees. They do a good job, but the customers that go there and spend hours in the waiting rooms and asking questions are the morons that are lowering the store quality and other consumer experiences. I had to wait 3 hours because a woman's 12 year old daughter don't know how to dress herself and even worse the mom was wandering the store and bot helping the situation. The other two rooms had the same moronic process. Can't blame the store for idiot customers.

Poor Service, Will incourage all Miami dade schools and parents to use another Uniform provider.

Horrible service they do not ever pick up the phone but they have so much employees working no excuse I called 5 times no answer!
