Great customer service!!!

They can't ever give a straight answer on when your scripts are ready. They say its one day and when that day comes its the next day. They also couldn't possibly care less about this. Its always something when I go there.

Carla from this pharmacy made eye contact with me four times. Didn't acknowledge me or tell me that "I'll be right with you". Nothing. After waiting and waiting, the other pharmacy tech acknowledged me but assigned another pharmacy tech name Bobbi to provide me with services. Keep in mind that I was in uniform. Disappointed at their customer service.

They helped me in a pinch. I usually go to Sams Pharmacy next door, but they were out of my heart medication and could only give me 9 tablets to last until Monday, with no guarentee Sams would have any on Monday. I called Walmart pharmacy and they were able to transfer the refill for me for the full amount. I am so relieved and thankful.
