Last Tuesday I had an awesome experience at the Walmart in Saratoga Springs. After being passed around and not resolving my issue by the Walmart website chat regarding an e-gift card I was having trouble with. I went into the Customer Service booth where i was helped by Karissa, Stephanie, and Jeremy. They weren't going to let me leave without resolving my concern. The solution took some work, but these 3 had to process the information and make a timely decision. Never once did they make me feel like they were trying to get rid of me. It took some time but I left very happy. Thanks you all.

Good clean Walmart. Nice people working there. Its our primary Walmart since it is close to our house. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it seems like they lack products that would usually be typical at a Walmart. I can't remember specific examples, but there have been multiple occasions my wife or I have had to run to the American Fork Walmart to get something.

It might be because I prefer self checkout but ever since this location got more self checkouts it's a lot more reasonable to visit. It probably helps that the new Smiths probably took some attendance from here too. For stock, this location generally has what I'm looking for in stock, just might not be exactly where I'm looking and they do like moving things around, especially in the food section.

On the plus side the store seems cleaner and better laid out than last time I came here. On the other hand, the staff seemed too willing to just fob me off and make me wait in the long line for customer service. After some polite prompting the person in question resolved the issue instantly as he should have done in the first place.

Greeter is friendly, produce is fresh, store is clean. Most items are easy to find, though they have recently remodeled - which has led to some flow issues. More parking or a cart return on the east side of the building would be much appreciated!
