I can't rate the inside of the store because I only go to this one for grocery pickup. I think all Walmart are infamous for long lines and few check stands open, so If you hate standing in the checkout line I highly recommend their grocery pickup. Both the app and website are easy to use, and they've never messed up an order. The people who load it in your trunk for you are always super friendly and fast. Great service!

The largest Walmart I have visited in the many states and several countries. Strikingly clean with friendly staff. Tonight I was driving in a terrible fog, unable to find it as the store outside lights were not on. I had an urgent money gram to be sent so after being lost in the dark, I finally located it by the large number of customers scurrying in the area into a big building avoiding automobiles also lost. but it was a different attitude inside. I ran to the customer service dept which was closing. The lead clerk compassionately had me wait as they closed the area. I not only was able to get the service I had searched for but I went ahead and bought groceries. I am going back there to see more of their store in the daylight. By the way this is the latest any financial services stay open in the region. This was my 3rd store today.

The department manager (Jordan, white guy with brown hair) stripped my bolt trying to take my wheel off. Then they had to tow my car to Firestone because they didn't have the tools needed to fix their incompetence. Had to go over 12 hrs without my car. (All this for a simple tire change. They had me sign an incident report and everything). Don't go here. If their manager is on this level of stupid, then the rest of the team (whom he has to overlook) is no better off.

Nice store but can never find an associate to help you and if you do find one they have no clue where anything is. And it's not just us Walmart it's every Walmart it's the same thing no matter where you go. I have worked in many retail places and we were always taught where everything is so we could help customers. I have had Associates that didn't even know where something was in this department that they work in. I understand that you're not going to know where every single item is in the store I get that because it's so big but when you ask for something simple they can't even tell you.
