I've been looking relentlessly for the prefect audio system upgrade for my new car. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed assistance. I needed to use a financing option and they were able to accommodate that with ease. Daniel helped me find the best system to match my lifestyle and from there, Dylan and Daniel worked immediately on installation! Customer service exceeded my expectations! These guys are amazing and here to help you get stuff done. Thank you Car Toys! I am utterly satisfied and will be coming back to get my speakers when my system is paid off! 11/10 would recommend!

Girlfriend bought a new deck and backup camera for Xmas. Sales guy told her it'd be $100 more for install. I get there and it's estimated $50 for cutting into the dash then $50 for install. Wiring harness is on top of that. Backup camera install starts at $130. For shame car toys. No wonder your install bays were empty... I wanted an entire system bought and installed but after all the install fees it would have been like $1500... no thanks.

The guy I forgot his name now. Younger guy helped me get my truck all set up with a new stereo system and back up camera. It all went smoothly. The only thing is they didn't call us when it was done so it was almost time for them to close before we finally asked if it was finished which by the way took about 30 mins on hold to find out. But I know things get busy. So all in all my system seems great and they were friendly !

Great products. But sometimes the service can be a little lacking. Most of the time they are great about it. Just be direct with them and help them help you.

Had a remote start kit installed on my truck yesterday. Ricky (install tech) was great, he answered every question I had and did a phenomenal job. Him and Ginger (another tech) stayed late to finish the install after running into a technical issue.
