I went to exchange an item that was broken when I opened the box. All I wanted was an exchange for the same exact item. I had only purchased it the other day, and I had my receipt with me. Customer Service apparently closes at a certain time, even though the store remains open. I asked several employees where to go for an exchange, and I was sent on a wild goose chase through the store to find the manager. When we couldn't find him, we were directed to the person in charge of the cashiers. She told us we couldn't do an exchange and that we would have to come back the next day. I decided to just purchase the items I had in my cart, and I asked the girl at the register if she would be able to do it. She was nice, but she said that if the person in charge at the registers already said no, then she wouldn't be able to do it. She gave me the impression that the woman who manages the registers just decides whether or not she "feels like it."

To go through all of this for what should be a simple exchange of the exact same item is ridiculous. I now have to return to the store because an on-the-clock employee didn't want to be inconvenienced. I have worked retail and never turned a customer away for something as simple as an exchange. I will spend the extra money to go to Target to avoid having to make multiple trips to a store for what should be basic transactions.

Had a manager make up an answer about a product I was asking about. If you don't know. Just say you don't know. Don't make up an answer by saying your store hasn't carried the product for a while when I was just there the day before and the product was there. By the way. Went back to the same location two days later and what did I see?  The product I had inquired about.

Went to money services. Staff was very kind and helpful. I was greeted by many of the workers and asked if I could be helped so many times. When I was leaving the customer service manager asked if everything went well with my visit that's was very nice. Very friendly people.

Good place to shop at, there's lots to buy from here and incredibly low prices. This place is stocked with everything you want and need and the service is awesome. Maybe not the best Walmart but this one is no exception. Awesome place to shop at and a nearby Target.

It is a very busy store and hard to get in and out. The checkout lines can be insane. My experience with employees are positive.  Overall it's a big store they have a lot to offer including a decent size Craft section.
