Called pickup number 4 times with no answer. Called the store’s line and picked the pickup number from the prompts with no answer. Picked the customer service line from the prompts with NO ANSWER. How exactly is the pickup convenient for customers when no one answers the phone and we have to get out of our cars to go inside and get someone anyway? I had one item I needed picked up. Thankfully for me, I can hop out and go in. How would someone with a disability who uses the service get in? Disappointed.

Horrible service at customer service center.. Just horrible. I shop their all the time. I went to return 2 items , exchange them even. Didn't matter cause I was turning around to buy same thing just different one. Well I didn't have my receipt, and like most reviews said they treated me like a criminal also. But the whole time I was trying to get my Id or what she needed she kept walking away. Doing other stuff. Or starting conversations with other employees and ignoring me like her conversation was more important. Looked at me like I was a horrible person. So I called my husband who was shopping in the store for other stuff we needed he happen to have the receipt to the product I was returning .. Well when my husband walked up same rude attitude was received. Was walking off, talking to other employees finally one of the workers in the same place decided to kind of pitch in with the situation to help me get my stuff returned because it was obvious how ignorant and rude this lady was . And the funny thing is rather I have the receipt or not she s the same rude and hateful person. I was helped by her once before I had my receipt that time and it was months ago when I went to return stuff and I thought she was so rude. And another person saw the whole thing and how she was towards me and told me if you were black she wouldn't treat you that way. I hope I never have anything to ever return at this location just because of that one individual person. And it's seen by other customers how she treats me and I am done ever returning anything here but I'm also done shopping here just because of her terrible service Can't believe she even still has a job.

I LUV shopping at Wal-Mart. Whether I'm grocery shopping R there just 2 get a couple of outfits it's A joy. The sales they have, an their summer wear is on point. TRUST I'M KEEP IT 100 WITH U. Wal-Mart is the place 4 my shopping needs.

The garden center employee where I entered did not know the price of the ferns and did not care. I was not greeted at all. I picked up a package I had ordered online. There was no one at the counter and people waiting. When the employee finally showed up, we were not greeted. There was no apology that we had yo wait. In fact, the girl would have spoken to any of us at all if we had not asked her direct questions. I was not thanked for my purchase. Your customer service is non existent.
