I actually had a good experience here yesterday. Normally I don't care for this store because the associates aren't very helpful or friendly. I unfortunately don't remember the associates name but she was very nice and informative. I was at the Money Center at 3:39 pm on 8/23/17, so the associate that was on the register at the time I am talking about is very nice and I appreciate her help.

I was picking up photos and had 4 different associates avoid helping me. One told me she couldn't speak any English, one told me she wasn't licensed to open a drawer and pull out my order, one looked right at me and scurried off when I opened my mouth to ask for help, and then a manager just called over the intercom instead of helping me themselves. After 8 more minutes of waiting (been here for 16 minutes at the photo counter), finally someone my sister used to work with, who is a Walmart associate sees us and actually helps us. I will not be going back. Katie thank you again!

It is always a hassle to go to this Walmart. Items are often in the wrong place and there are never enough registers open. I only go here when I have a lot of items to get. Otherwise, it's simply not worth my time.

Generally my visits to this Wal-Mart are not great. Most of the employees do not try to help you when you ask. I was there once and said "excuse me" to an employee walking past. The only reply I received was " I don't know", he didn't even let me ask my question. Yesterday was a better experience here. Thanks to one of the managers, Ricco for addressing my questions.
