Nice store, great customer service. It was actually fast to get in an out of, enough registers open to serve you faster. You can tell when a company treats their employees good, you get great customer service. That's a surprise for Walmart in general.

Horrible! They need to develop better security, I do not appreciate being stopped at the exit while the oldest person in the world reviews your cart contents against the receipt. As if she didn't just see me pay for my items and load up my cart. I understand people do the damnedest things but I'm in my work uniform on break and I visit this place multiple times a week. I didn't decide on my lunch break that this is the perfect time to steal tissue....amazing how the greeter didn't have time to greet me even after my speaking to her but she could yell stop at the door as if I had all of Walmart in my cart...pissed customer THEY GET NO STARS!

It's Walmart. It's convenient and has almost everything but they don't have people to help you. It's usually only 2 cashier's and I walked around sporting goods for 20-30 minutes looking for help and had to go all the way to customer service in the front of the store on more than one occasion. Sometimes I think they are culturally disconnected. It was about a week before school and I went in to school shop for my children. I forgot their list. I figured they would have them. They only had school list for Carl Albert schools. I asked the management why they didn't have Spencer school list ( majority black schools). He said that they were considered a Mid West City store. I responded they actually service the Spencer community. I feel like that Walmart is only there to take from that community. They don't even want to hire too many people from that community to uplift it.

Helpful cashiers. The only reason i am rating it a 4 is because things we're ringing up wrong and it was extremely hot in the whole store. I was trying to shop in electronics but it was way hot compared to the front end..

While walking the isles several workers left pallets in our way. Forcing us to fine alternative routes to the isles. They treated us like we are in their way while they are working in the evening. Cashier Steve refuses to give customers eye contact and any communication other than answering a question. The management staff was standing there featuring with him and he enjoyed speaking with them, while rudely ignoring the people on front of him. I did vocally express my disappointment with the lack of customer service. I am forced to spend a lot of my money in that store and I don't like the treatment of the customers. We must create another option.
