I needed ear phones for my phone so I could listen to music while I walked. But I have trouble with Blue tooth do I asked the man in electronics if I bought those ear phones if he would blue tooth them for me. And he did. It took like 15 seconds. He was great.

The. Actual. Money center. In the store. Not. At all friendly.. The associates. Could be a little nicer. To customer service..they act. As though. There job. Does not involve customer service.. Without. Customers. Guess what. No. Job

Terrible! As I enter through the garden center. I see 4 employees standing and talking. Then back in sporting goods as usual noone there. So i go over to automotive 2 employees ignore me. I'm polite so I'm not trying to interrupt while they serve someone else. But it's their job acknowledge the customer. Ask me what I need and tell me it will be a few minutes if thats the case.

Good store. Terrible checkout lanes and lines. Cashier supervisors stand around looking at lines instead of jumping on registers to accommodate customers waiting in line. Evan Is the hardest working CSM they have and he does all he can while others stand around. Cashiers are made to wait when needing help because CSM's are busy talking. Pricing is terrible as well. Too many times shelf price and price that rings up aren't the same. I counted 10 instances in 1 shopping visit. Cashiers are not empowered to override mis-pricing so customers are made to wait for price checks. CSM'S often times will argue with customers instead of just over riding price. Is a 50 cent difference worth possibly losing 10 customers to bad experience and word of mouth. Walmart may want to invest some payroll into properly training their supervisors and middle management in the ways of customer service and customer retention. Perhaps it would be helpful if upper store management as well as upper company management make themselves more visible to the front end of the store. After all that is where the money is made. Very unfortunate for such a big company. Undoubtedly, this is not exclusively a Concord Commons problem. This seems to be the norm for Walmart stores. What a bad business culture to have. Wake up Walmart. Many new and different stores opening in communities. Customer service will always be the number 1 reason people come back. Even a company as big as Wal-Mart can be hurt by bad service.
