I called for a price quote on a Tuesday, hoping to get my car back on the road by Friday to go in to work. I was treated like I was dumb for not understanding a question because of how it was worded, and I never got a call back. My dad is a mechanic, and that is *not* standard practice. I then called back Friday, asking if I could get a price quote, and asked to be put on hold rather than called back because I didn't receive a call back the first time. The man on the line put down the phone, proceeded to mock me to his coworker, and described me as "real bitchy," all while I could hear. Needless to say, I didn't go there, and if you don't want to deal with misogynist jerks, you shouldn't either.

Doug is the best! We got stuck on the side of the highway and had no idea where we were. We called him to see what he could do and he went above and beyond. He worked on our car first thing in the morning since we didn't get to Hays until 8. He helped us with everything and was a fair and honest mechanic. He knows what he is doing but even more important his personal touch on making sure we were happy made it the best experience. I would highly recommend going here for all your car needs!
