We just left Warren's and could not have had a better experience!  We were traveling and broke down on the 395.  We called them before we showed up and they had waters waiting, as well as ice cream sandwiches for our four kids.  Everyone at the shop was warm and welcoming, the customer service was amazing, they had us in and out quickly and really bent over backwards to find us a part to get us back on the road.  I highly recommend this shop!

The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about almost everything and if they do not know, they find a way to learn about what is needed.  We have been going to Warren's Automotive for years and as far as I am concerned, will never go anywhere else.

They have always taken care of my mom Martha and in a pickle they took care of me and my boys so I could safely make the 13hour trek back home. I am beyond grateful! They were super busy and took care of me! Thank you all again God Bless!

They treat me as if I'm their family by showing their concerns about my old car that needs some repairs. They help me seeing what my car needs so my car will be like younger again than its age. ha ha Bless them for their concerns about my safely of driving that old car & they want to see that I've good running condition in my car. Bless them! They're like my real family! Love them all! Smiling...

I just moved to California with my old, out-of-state 1994 Jeep Wrangler, which (as I kind of expected might happen) failed the evap part of the CA emissions test. The crew at Warren's found the leaks and repaired them! They've got a very nice waiting area with chairs, tables, a couch, and coffee. I live about 2 hours away. They let me borrow a loaner car for the day when I came back for the diagnostic and repair so I could wander around town while they worked on the Jeep.
