I received a call from Rod.  At that time he gave me an estimate and a time frame when the Raymond Weil watch would be repaired.  A day later I got a call and it was finished.  I was very pleased with the professionalism that  I experienced with Rod and staff.  I would definitely go back
again with any type of jewelry repair.  Rod went beyond what he had to do to please his customer.

Took my new ring to have sized-it was done within 45 minutes and when she gave it to me, she noticed my other two rings and cleaned them for me. The staff is very nice and the price to size the ring was reasonable and they did such a good job. I will definitely come here for all of my jewelry repairs.

I contacted Watch & Jewelry Repair for a  second opinion regarding a full service that I had done to my Vintage Omega watch. They were very helpful and professional with a complete explanation and reassured me that my watch was in good working order. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My fiance desperately needed to get her ring resized on a time crunch. She ended up going to the 1st place she called, & we have no regrets! She was greeted by Rod, who was so professional &  very approachable. He  took a look at her ring & estimated it would only take an hour, which was perfect since she did this on her lunch break. They sure did deliver!  All in all, very pleased with the exceptional service, cost, & speed in which it was done. Thank you!

I went in to fix the battery on my watch.... They tried to change $30 to change a battery. I also asked to change a band on my watch. They charged $150 to buy the band alone. It took me 5 minutes to Google an origional band replacement for $40. Never ever ever going back and do not recommend these salesmen.
