I've always hated going to jewelry stores, but when I wanted to get an engagement ring for my now wife, I shopped around and then we both went to Vincent's on a recommendation from a friend. It was a completely different experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and Marc was more than happy to take the time to show us different styles and educate us. There was never any pressure to buy, and no shady sales tactics that you find at other stores.  Of course I ended up buying the ring from Vincent's and I have been back several times since and each time has been an enjoyable experience, from buying pieces that were in store to building custom pieces or updating old jewelry.  Marc and Mario are both first class!

Christina at Vincent's helped me to find the perfect engagement ring within my budget.

First off, I would like to thank Christina and the jewelers​ at Vincent's for their incredible speed. I completed the selection of an uncommon fancy yellow center diamond and band in less than a week. No part of the process took longer than 3 days. This included: 
-sourcing the diamonds for evaluation
-modifying the band to my specifications
-mating the center stone
-and resizing the ring after my engagement

Secondly, I was not pressured to spend more at any point. I knew what I wanted for the most part, and Christina guided me in that direction while being completely transparent on price and value.

Finally, the customer service has been wonderful! They are reasonable with their guarantees and after-sale service, promising to replace any accent diamonds that may be dislodged due to the modifications of the band by the jewlers.

All in all, I highly recommend Vincent's!

Vincent's is a first class jeweler. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my 23 year achievement upgraded wedding ring as my husband lovingly calls it when someone compliments our ring. It is almost 30 years now and not a day goes by where I don't look at it's sparkle and smile. Vito sold us a excellent diamond at a great price. We have sent friends and family and everyone loves them as much as we do. The entire staff at Vincent's is wonderful each time I go in to get my clean and checks or pick up a new little piece. Vito is simply the best, and Mark is super too! It is always fun to go in for a visit!

We started going to vincent jewelers about 2 years ago, Marc Savory is the one that always helped us and we bought our jewelry from him. He has always been so polite and took care of us in every way he possibly could, and  always goes out of his way to make us happy and the most enjoyable visits. We ask for him everytime we go in there and he is the most kind hearted person in that place.... Exceptional service every time!

Great service with great care. You know your jewelry is in good hands. They listen to you to be sure they understand what you expect but they know what will work the best and help you make the correct choice. I know the stones I take to them will be the stones that are returned. Cleaned and sparkling.
