Great place but terrible customer service by a worker named Zack. He’s not personable nor does he say thank for your purchase. Just a great store with a great staff Zack ruins the overall stores vibe. He needs more training on customer service! Store 5 🌟 but Zack 0 ⭐️

I spend a lot of time in Wawa all over Virginia. I like the layout and the friendly service. But the Plank Road Wawa on Gateway is by far the worst. They overcharge for coffee. Why they are two cents more expensive than all the other Wawas is perplexing. The floors are filthy. There is debris everywhere. The bathroom is disgusting. Unclean and untidy.

Free Atm, free air, and free large cups of water are just some of the things that make wawa a go to place. The staff is quick even when the store is very busy. I think the hoogies are a little overpriced but not bad for a gas station. They do have awesome selections on just about every kind of snack or beverage.

There sandwiches excuse the expression are to die for. The food is fresh i believe most of them if not all when you go to the conter there is several computers that's what you use to order from. it's always up to date and you can watch them make your sandwich. If need be you can ask ?s they all are made to order. The prices are worth it. From the time we pull up i just can't wait to take that first bite. It's SINFULLY FANTASTIC TRUST US ON THAT.

Friendly, knowledgeable & efficient staff. This particular store does have an issue with lack of parking and the angles of the pumps and their close proximity to front door parking is a fender bender waiting to happen. It is close to the I-95 NORTH-WASHINGTON/SOUTH-RICHMOND ENTRANCE/EXITS which is convenient to stop before or after work.
