Good food but I withheld the 5th star because of the wait. The restaurant is just too popular. The staff is very friendly and process you through to the best of their ability but the parking lot is tight. Sometimes you can't get out because someone coming in can't clear the way. But the food is really good.

Kids got paper coupons for positive behavior from a local business.(no expiration date given) Come here to use one and they tell me they stopped accepting paper coupons. Sure i'll cover the small fee of a kids meal, but if it was my restaurant i would have continued to honor the coupons in circulation and simply stopped printing them. Definitely made me think twice about spending the $8 i would have spent on a salad to eat with my kid.

Just left this place. While we were sitting in the booth eating our food a red headed woman named Megan, who I’m assuming is the manager, as well as a blonde lady sat an employee down and scolded them in front of myself and another group of customers. They sat in the booth directly across from us,close enough that we heard the entire thing. Something about an attitude and written documentation of a warning. They didn’t bother to speak in a hushed tone or be discreet. The employee was clearly embarrassed. Completely not okay and unprofessional. As the customer I never want to hear or witness this sort of thing. I understand the need but it should never be done in front of the customer. It made us very uncomfortable. However most of all I felt terrible for this employee who was red faced from the embarrassment of being disciplined publicly and in front of other employees. I don’t understand why this couldn’t have been done in a back office or something. Won’t be returning to this location.

Great food but this location is ALWAYS ridiculously busy and crowded. Almost uncomfortably so. They used to be extremely helful to the disabled but have become too busy to pay attention to this now, unfortunately.😞.

The chicken sandwich is amazing. The Milkshakes are close to the best. Expect to be treated well here.
