This place has two entrances and two parking lots. One of the lots is off of Providence Road and is a bear to get out of if you're traveling North. The other is off of Kirk lane and sits "behind" the Wawa. This place is typical for a Wawa and is nice for a quick bite to eat or for coffee (I'm not a huge fan of Wawa coffee, but I have a disease / addiction and need the caffeine and will stop when it's my only choice given certain circumstances). The staff are ever friendly and even offer a little conversation above the din of quick commuters running in and out of the store.

Let me start off by saying I love wawa but I was a little disappointed last week. I spoke with Allison and I feel as though she brushed me off with her fake and forced "niceness". There's a short girl there with green hair and she is always loud and quick to shut down communication as if she is a celebrity. I would only visit during the morning and afternoon because the evening staff sucks. Do better!

the service was ok but the girls in deli and coffee made my experience much better. The red head (I believe her name is Lashanda) is very warm and sweet, Toni is always courteous, Shaneda is friendly whenever I speak to her, and Donenda is also nice. My only complaint is it's always busy, never any ketchup packs available and they always have John at the register being boisterous and weird. Hope my review helped and the red head is a cutie.

Cashiers are nice and welcoming, but after that it is trash! The food makers clearly don't care about the product they are producing. They either don't cut your sandwich all the way through, don't put enough meat on, or serve it a tad under cooked and above all the food is just plain sloppy. No one smiles or seems to care about there job. And I realize this seems a bit picky especially for a (convenience store/ gas station) but I hold Wawa to a higher standard then a 7-Eleven or Turkey Hill. And the other Wawa's around me have always exceeded my expectations whether is the Aston, Brook haven, or Media location. But the Upper Prov. Location is sub-Par and gives a bad name to the Wawa Corporation. No wonder they are building a super Wawa right down the street.
