I've been using Waynes office for all my insurance needs. The staff/service is definitely why I stay a loyal client. Prices are on par with everyone else. So why have inferior service?

Wayne and his team have always been incredibly professional with me and have always looked after me over the last 10+ years I have been with them. I did leave to go with the Co-Operators back in Oct 2015 because they offered cheaper rates. I remember Wayne telling me at the time that he wished me well and was sorry to see us go and reminded me that "value" isn't always equal to discounts and that his team offered "peace of mind" and that this, in his eyes, was priceless. After a HORRIBLE experience with the Co-Operators (they were misleading, unprofessional and extremely rude to deal with), I decided to return to Wayne and his team (I have to say I had missed their constant attention and thoughtfulness - Wayne, even after I had left his business, continued to send me cards and letters underlining certain milestones in my life. He was always thoughtful that way). I must say that returning to Wayne and his team was ABSOLUTELY the best decision I have made in a while. I feel like I have come back home again. I definitely recommend Wayne and State Farm for ALL of your personal and business insurance needs.

I have been a client for more than 10 years with this company. I moved my parents and in-laws to him as well. Never had a single claim. My dad had his windshield cracked by a stone. Took the car to get fixed at BMW and when it came time to reimburse, was told BMW charged too much and they would only cover half the expenses. That's after his own agent stated that the vehicle can be repaired anywhere we please. As far as I am concerned, that is unacceptable especially to a long time customer. Well Mr Nichols, I assure that you have lost my business and that of my extended family for a mere $750. Shame on you and your company.
