If you are accident free on your record they love you. As soon as you have any claim even not at fault they will do everything possible to remove you from they're office. I tried to speak to broker directly and never called me back she is always sitting in her office watching what goes on at stares at people coming in. We found out after 20 years of being insured with this broker that not even a minute of her time she sparred for us. Terrible customer service and very judgemental towards us. They said they couldn't insure me for my vehicle because i had a no fault claim. (Sure) when i went to another broker for statefarm they accepted me and cheaper. Thanks barbara goughs office.

Been with Barbara since mid 1980s. I moved and still wanted to stay with her office as in my opinion best in business and they allowed me to stay even though outside geographic area. Always has time and always treated my wife and I very well. Anyone I send to her and her office always love the way her and her staff treat you. Highly recommend! Not had very many problems where needed to use insurance but when do, always gets done with care and top quality locations. Love added boost and tow service just send receipt and when I compared home auto etc they are the best value.

This Barbara Gough State Farm Insurance Agent knows to run their business! They treat you like a family. I believe, their service is the best; especially with Maria T. She is outstanding. Hope it will stay the same.

I've been insured with Barbara Gough since I first started driving and riding motorcycles in the 90s'. All I can say is that you wont be disappointed with the service. I've always dealt with (Maria Turner) in that office and she has always been great! Very helpful and just a great person to talk to. 5 stars for this office!!
