I've suggested the Weathervane when meeting people coming to Oregon City on I-205. It's convenient for them, and it's a short drive from my office. Never had any problems with parking. The food is great, and the service is wonderful!

A lot of options from pastries, coffee, and breakfast to beer, wine, and lunch. A bit on the slow side though.

Coming in on a Saturday I was greeted promptly and friendly. They showed me a listed of flavor adds and were really all-around quite nice. My coffee came quick and hot and delicious. I didn't get any food here so I can't say what their food is like, but their coffee is great. I'll definitely be returning.
