We went to return a car that we leased from them because the lease was up and we were refused. They didn't want the responsibility of returning the vehicle to GM even though we leased it through Webb and GM. No worries, I returned the lease to Hawk Chevy, who was more than happy to help.  Hawk now has two more new car buyers. Go to Hawk for the best customer service and friendly salesman.

My salesman Tim heinecke was very professional and informative, Right when we arrived he greeted us, gave us the information we were looking for and helped me find the perfect match and a great deal on the 2017 Chevy Spark. 
He has followed up with me through email and phone  calls on how I’m doing with my new car. I would definitely recommend Webb Chevrolet to friends and family. Overall very pleased with my experience there. Thank you !

So buying a new car is never an easy thing... I’ve been in the market for quite some time but never bite the bullet. A week ago my husband and I went into Webb Chevy to ONLY inquire about a vehicle and a few hours later I actually left proud and confidently in my brand new car. “Customer Service is EVERYTHING” and not an understatement. Kenny took very good care of us. It was freezing outside and he still went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and his personality was a pleasure. We were laughing from the time we sat down to the time we left. But beyond all the fun and games he along with his manager in finance got me the best deal possible (they couldn’t even believe it LOL). I walked away knowing I made a good deal with good people and I would definitely recommend Webb Chevy... ask for Kenneth.

I would give zero stars based on Customer Service. I took my car in on a Monday last month. I called that afternoon to ask about my car. I talked to a Tech and he gave me a quote of around $400 to fix the airbag. But he also said he would check if the part was covered and get back to me. He called back to say they ordered the part and it would be in on Wednesday. He called me Wednesday to tell me the part was not in yet, he said he doesn't know what happened. I said I need a rental car. I had to wake up at 4 every day to drive my husband to work so I could use his car. That's just not convenient. And I drive quite far for work. The Tech said he could try to arrange that, and he did. I picked up the rental car that night. Friday I got a call and they left a voicemail saying my car was ready and my balance was $400. No mention about the part being covered. 
I really feel that this is not a part I should've had to pay for. My car is 2013 and I did not get into an accident, so why would the airbag just fail like that and need to be replaced? I've spent over $3,000 on repairs for this car and I avoid Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn because I hate the way I'm treated there. I once waited over 4 hours for them to check my tires. 
I wanted to talk to a Manager about this. A Service Dept. Manager did e-mail me, but I called him twice, left messages but have not heard back from him.

This was my first experience going into a dealership and financing a car. My salesman was Jorge Guzman and he was fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Webb Chevy got me the best deal and I'm very happy with my new Fiat 500.
