Every time that I come to Hawk Ford to have my car serviced, the ENTIRE staff are always courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I was there last week and everything went smoothly. One of the members of the staff noticed that I was having some difficulty making coffee and she stepped up to give me a hand. It's the little things like this that I usually don't experience anywhere else. I've purchased several new cars there and I will continue to do so. Keep up the great work folks.

Had to definitely drop a quick note and say thanks to Eric, Mike and Nick at HAWK FORD. I went in there not knowing what I wanted in a new vehicle and left not only with a great and fun car but pleasantly happy with the whole experience. They were patient and courteous while I made up my mind. Also made sure I got what I wanted with the best deal and financing. They worked hard on got me a financing package I have never received anywhere. Couldn't of been more happier with my purchase. Keep up the great work and Thank you!!

OMG, this dealership is the best in  there service department.  I get nothing but the best service each time I come. I have gotten oil changes and  full vehicle  inspections here, and while being here the employees showed awesome customer service. They were very patient and polite, they made you feel like you were family, and how cool is that. I will tell everyone about this dealership for sales and service. Keep up the Great work!!!!!

From the moment I walked into Hawk Ford in Oak Lawn, I was treated with the out-most respect. Raul our salesman was fantastic from the word go he was able to help me pick out exactly the car I wanted and made the whole process smooth and easy.

Felix the financial manager was fantastic as well helping me get the deal that worked for me. The whole process was flawless. Thank you to the professionalism and integrity of both Raul and Felix, as well as the entire Hawk Ford staff. You guys have gained a customer for life and I will be sure to send everyone I know looking for an automobile to Hawk Ford Oak Lawn!!!!!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer this year.  Very smooth transactions.  Both times that I walked in looking for a vehicle the same day I left with the vehicles thanks to their help.  This dealer is great with helping to stick around your budget and the type of vehicle you are looking for.  I highly recommend this dealer.  Ricky was our sales person and he was a big help!  I completely recommend this dealer, very nice customer service everyone there is so helpful!
