My husband and I were Internet purchasers, initially, as we saw a 2018 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T online at Webb Hyundai Highland that we were interested in. (We live about an hour away)After researching prices on similar vehicles we called Webb and talked to Joe.  We discussed the price we were expecting to pay and the amount we needed for our trade in.  Joe was very knowledgeable and understanding of what we wanted. He set an appointment for us to come over to drive the car.  When we arrived,  the car was sitting in front all clean and ready to drive.  Joe went with us on the test drive and explained all the features in the car.  We did not feel Joe was pushy at all and enjoyed our interaction with him.  Our trade in was evaluated and we were offered a fair price for it.  After some negotiations we were happy to purchase our new Santa Fe.  Joe ordered cross rails for the roof rack for us and shipped them to our house.  He set up the blue link system with our phones, so we were all set when we left.  The only snafu was that the new employee who did the final cleaning of the car forgot to fill the gas tank, so we had to stop and do that before we got on the road.  When Joe was made aware of that situation he said they would fill the tank for us when we came back for our first oil change.  This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase of our purchase history. (Since we've  been married 45 yrs there is a long history!)  Thanks Joe!

I came to Webb Hyundai to look for a car for my college-aged son.  Dave greeted  my husband and I right around closing time.  He was very helpful and was texting with my husband regarding many available cars.  When my son came in town, we met him at the store and we could not have asked for a better salesperson!  We will definitely be coming back for our next car!

I was very pleased with Dave Cox. He took alot of time explaining everything to me. When I came into the showroom I was very nervous, but Dave made me feel comfortable and helped me by answering all my many questions. He is so professional in  his job. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. He is a very special person, and he knows the business and how to sell cars to customers. I do appreciate you Dave for all the help you have given me and also for your patience. Thank you!!!!

I worked with Adam and Dave to purchase a Sonata hybrid.    They were willing to give me all the time I needed to research the car and compare it to other manufacture's hybrids.   There was no pressure to buy.   Both were able to demonstrate all the features of the car as well as find answers to any questions I had.
