Mr. Weber purchased the last pair of original ice cream machines to be made - in 1931. We still use those same machines (made without iron, so no artificial flavors are needed) every day to make Premium Custard (which is the name given in the 1920's to Fresh Ice Cream). We are the ONLY people who can make Euclid Beach Vanilla or Frosted Malt like you used to get before 1974.
