My pets have been treated here for decades, unfortunately, the care has declined so much in the last year. They schedule too many patients at the same time so they are always behind and don't have enough time to provide proper care. They used to remember our dogs and now they don't even seem to have the time to look up their health history. Our dogs have been given the wrong vaccines and I have had to correct and remind the vet about their health needs. We will be finding a new vet who has enough time to take good care of our dogs.

I recently brought in my friend's very sick cat for her, I thought the veterinary Dr. was abesolety wonderful with her memory of the cat's issues, with knowledge of the owners likes and dislikes, with dealing with the cat, with the quality of care given. I can't even say enough good in regards to this professionalism. Also, the clinic was clean, quiet, and very reasonably priced.

This is a small, well established veterinary practice in the Grand Rapids area. I love this office! I only utilize 3 vets in the area and Weisner Innis & Schoen are one of those 3. Dr. Innis is a gift from God! While I trust and will use each doctor in the office, my personal preference is Dr. Innis. Even during emergency situations they will accommodate you if it's within their means and that is something that is important to me in my pets doctor. I've heard some complain about having to wait until their room is ready to bring their animal in - please understand this is a much smaller practice than many of the other offices in the area. The lobby/waiting room is very small. Leaving your pet in the car until your room is ready is simply for the safety of you, your pet and other clients. Highly recommend this veterinary office.

They are a friendly knowledge staff and doctor's. I would not take my pets anywhere else. I value that they remember me and my pets. They take pride in their work and do anything and everything in there power to insure that pet has the best of care possible.

Been coming here for over 30 yrs. Compared to other vets, their prices are the most reasonable. I have always been satisfied with their Dr's and techs care for my sweeties. For as long as I can remember, the front desk staff have always been rude & dismissive as if they hated their job. HOWEVER, in the past year they have made some changes with new staff as they were polite & helpful but not big fans of small talk about your pet. That's ok, I'm not there for them anyhow.
