Kim is phenomenal! My fingers were DESTROYED when I went to see her and I left with not only beautiful nails, but the most wonderful acrylic experience. For the quality, the price can’t be beat! Highly recommend!

Do not get eye lashes done here she poked me in the eyes with glue made my eyes red and won’t give me a refund told me it’s my problem. I spent 120 with her last night and that’s how I’m treated will not be going back and I’m telling you not to get your eye lashes done here not professional uses scotch tape to close eyes and then opens your eyes at the end to apply last few lashes and that when I got poked with glue in my eyes. My eyes are blood shot red and irritated. I feel so stupid for allowing her to do it and wasting my money on her and this experience

Didn’t see any nail tech use sterile tools.  Won’t go back.  Will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Ashley, the manager, is rude and unprofessional. She makes you not want to come back which is sad because there are some good nail techs in the shop.

I went to get the dipping powder nail color and paid $45. The next day 2 of the nails came completely off. I went back and had them replaced. Two days later 3 more fell off and 2 were chipped. I went in and had all of them removed because the application was clearly faulty. I asked for a discount on a gel pedicure since my powder didn't last a whole week. 

Ashley said I can keep coming back to get the powder but she would not give a discount on a different service. What?? I have to use my gas and time to come here every day at no fault of my own. That's ridiculous. So then she finally broke down and said I could get a discount on my next service. 

I come back a week later for my gel manicure. She refused to honor a discount because the tech who did my powder no longer worked there.

I am livid!!! I paid $45 for a service that didn't last for 3 days. If she wasn't going to honor the discount, she should've said that the moment I returned to the shop for the gel. Instead she waits until I'm finished then starts to argue with me. 

I will never return. Customer service is a must for me!

I found out late on a Saturday that I would have an early Monday interview so I went here on a Sunday for gel nails and a pedicure. Very disappointing and I will NOT return. 
The service was pathetic. The tech said maybe 3 sentences to me in the 60 minutes I was there. She looked around and was talking with the other techs, sometimes she was wielding the cuticle clippers and not looking at my hand or foot while she was cutting!  Within a week, the gel was peeling up around the edges and looking a hot mess. 
Not worth the gasoline to get there
